About Gila Rapp

Evan Rapp joined RPG Consultants in 2001 and serves as the firm’s Managing Partner. Founded in 1983, RPG is a third-generation, family-owned Third Party Administrator and recordkeeper, and Evan represents its second generation of leadership.

Evan oversees the firm’s overall strategy, operations, and leadership team, while continuing to play an active role in business development, strategic partnerships, and key advisor and client relationships. Evan brings deep technical retirement plan expertise to his work with business owners and financial advisors, combined with a practical, direct approach to solving problems. He works closely with clients to design retirement plans that align with each company’s goals, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. As Evan often says, “Every TPA follows the same IRS laws. The difference is how much time you spend understanding the business behind the plan.”

Gila’s Influence on RPG

Over more than 20 years with RPG, Gila has helped build and maintain the operational foundation that supports the firm’s continued growth. Her leadership across finance, human resources, and administrative operations enables RPG to deliver the organized, responsive service that advisors and plan sponsors have come to expect.

As a member of the firm’s leadership team, Gila has helped establish the internal processes and financial discipline that support RPG’s long-term success. Her ability to balance the needs of employees, clients, and the organization has contributed to a collaborative culture and the stability that has allowed the firm to grow while maintaining its personalized approach to client service.

Before RPG

Before joining RPG Consultants, Gila served as Controller for a public relations firm, where she managed the company’s financial and administrative operations. Prior to that, she worked at Arthur Andersen in the Computer Risk Management Division, helping organizations assess their technology environments and maintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.

Gila began her career as an Associate Accountant at Levine & Prince, where she developed the financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills that have supported her leadership throughout her career.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the Sy Syms School of Business at Yeshiva University.

Outside of Work

Gila lives in Woodmere, New York, with her husband, Evan, and their Havanese, Snickers. Together, they are proud parents of three sons and value the close-knit family culture that has always been central to both their personal lives and the family business.

Outside of work, Gila enjoys staying active through Peloton workouts, HIIT training, and step classes. She also enjoys playing mahjong and spending time with family and friends.
